Grief and acceptance of dementia creates inevitable sad feelings from time to time, but our brain is working major MAJOR overtime to compensate for pac-man swiss-cheese holes, so fatigue is also inevitable. i try to get as much sleep as possible (a problem with my symptoms) then take an additional nap at or before noon.
